I am honored to ask for your support in my campaign for Justice, 1st Court of Appeals, Place 8. I have been a licensed Texas lawyer for over 35 years practicing in both large and small counties and firms. It would be my privilege to bring my broad experience and sound judgment to the First Court of Appeals that serves Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Colorado, Fort Bend, Galveston, Grimes, Harris, Waller, and Washington Counties.

I am a 5th generation lawyer. Since 1876, my family has proudly served Texas as Judge, Legislator, District Attorney, County Clerk, Sheriff, Texas Ranger, School Board Member, and Educator.

If elected, it will be my responsibility to follow the law. I believe that judges should apply the law in a manner that is consistent and fair. I will bring honesty and integrity to the bench and will work diligently and efficiently to earn the respect of those who appear before me.
